The impact of the coronavirus disease, COVID-19, is being felt all over the world. We wanted to let you know what's happening with our staff and the service we can offer you in the following weeks. Our ongoing priority is to support the NHS and protect our staff and healthcare professionals.
What we're doing
As you may be aware the UK Government has advised that where possible, staff work from home and limit travel. With this in mind, we have taken the decision to close the offices and work remotely as of Monday 23rd March 2020.
What this means for you
All phone numbers and email addresses will operate as normal as will our payroll department. We ask that you continue to contact your consultants as normal. We ask that instead of posting letters or items to us, you send all communications electronically to avoid delay. You can contact your consultant for more information about how to send documents electronically.
