They assist our recruiters to get to know our nurses, AHPs, GP’s and doctors and understand their long-term career goals, where they would like to learn and develop, and from there help them in getting the right documentation together to ensure their compliance, helping them get where they want to be. His team is on hand to discuss our candidate’s unique requirements and help guide them through getting their documentation together, be it a process that takes two days or much longer. They can support the wide variety of compliance processes that exist for different types of candidates and specialise in helping doctors, locums, and nurses with revalidation and more.
