Meet Stephen Probert, our Associate Director of Risk and Compliance

This is why Medical Staffing has dedicated much of their time and efforts over the last few months to create a complete compliance support process, led by our Associate Director of Risk and Compliance, Stephen Probert. Whilst Stephen has done wonders with the Medical Staffing online compliance support portal and process, he also works across the entire group of Celsus companies, ensuring the quality of our service is the same across all brands.

Stephen has taken a hands-on approach to elevate and enhance our compliance process, and he and his team are dedicated to helping our candidates from start to finish. They assist our recruiters to get to know our nurses, AHPs, GP’s and doctors and understand their long-term career goals, where they would like to learn and develop, and from there help them in getting the right documentation together to ensure their compliance, helping them get where they want to be. His team is on hand to discuss our candidate’s unique requirements and help guide them through getting their documentation together, be it a process that takes two days or much longer. They can support the wide variety of compliance processes that exist for different types of candidates and specialise in helping doctors, locums, and nurses with revalidation and more.

Having our candidates compliant at all times, allows them to better capitalise on the opportunities that suit their goals and also allow our clients to have the quality candidates they need, when they need them, placing the patient at the heart of everything we do. Due to the hard work of Stephen and his team, we can deploy completely compliant, high quality, flexible multi-disciplinary workforces at short notice, out of hours and in block bookings.
