Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) – Out of Hours (OOH)

​We are currently seeking experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) and Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) to support Out of Hours (OOH) services across West Yorkshire, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for confident and autonomous clinicians looking for flexible locum work within a fast-paced urgent care setting. You’ll be working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality patient care during weekday and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver autonomous clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within an OOH setting
• Manage acute presentations and urgent patient needs safely and effectively
• Prescribe and provide evidence-based treatment where appropriate
• Maintain accurate patient records using Systm1
• Work collaboratively with wider healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
• Deliver safe, patient-focused care in line with clinical guidelines and best practice

Requirements:

• Current NMC or HCPC registration (depending on professional background)
• Previous experience working within Out of Hours (OOH), Urgent Care, Primary Care, or similar settings
• Confident working independently in autonomous clinical roles
• Experience using Systm1
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Relevant prescribing qualification where applicable
