Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

​Medical Staffing is currently recruiting experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) to support healthcare services across Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas. We have opportunities available Monday through Sunday, with extended evening hours from 18:30 until late. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ANPs looking for flexible work alongside their existing commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with a range of acute and minor illnesses
• Work autonomously within your professional scope of practice
• Provide safe, effective and patient focused clinical care
• Prescribe medication where appropriate and within your competency
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using SystmOne
• Work effectively alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Follow relevant clinical guidelines, policies and professional standards

Requirements

• Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner
• Current NMC registration
• Independent prescribing qualification
• Previous experience working autonomously in an ANP capacity
• Confident using SystmOne
• Strong clinical assessment and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
