COPD / Asthma Practice Nurse (Non Prescribing)

​We're looking for an experienced COPD / Asthma Practice Nurse (Non Prescribing) to join a GP practice near Worcester on a long-term locum assignment. This role focuses on respiratory care while also supporting general practice nursing services and mentoring a newly appointed Practice Nurse.

Role Details

• Start: 20th August (or later)

• Thursdays and Fridays

• 08:00 to 18:00

• 3 to 6 month assignment

• Near Worcester

• EMIS Web

Responsibilities

• Deliver COPD and Asthma clinics

• Provide general practice nursing care

• Support and train a newly appointed Practice Nurse

• Maintain accurate patient records

​

Requirements

• Current NMC registration

• Strong COPD and Asthma management experience

• Previous GP Practice Nursing experience

• EMIS Web experience

• Excellent communication and patient care skills
