Job description
Due to ambitious growth plans over the next 3 years we are looking to expand our Finance team to ensure we support in the delivery our business objectives. As a leading Recruitment Agency working in the Healthcare sector, our offices span Luton, Milton Keynes, India and South Africa. Our core recruitment is Temporary, with other exciting initiatives affiliated to recruitment due to come online over the next 3 years.
As an experienced Finance Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate:
Experience of working within a busy office environment
Experience of dealing with people on the telephone in an office environment
Excellent Data Entry skills, processing & authorising a high volume of timesheets
Excellent IT Skills & ability to pick up new systems quickly
Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions within an accounting system
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
Exceptional problem solving/judgement skills along with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure
Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
Demonstrable aptitude to listen and communicate to an acceptable standard, both verbally and in writing. and to disseminate information in an easily understood and appropriate format
Strong interpersonal skills
As our business is not based in one single location, you must be able to demonstrate you can work with remote teams.
