General Practitioner (EMIS Web)

​Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced General Practitioner (EMIS Web) to support a busy GP practice in South East London. This locum opportunity is ideal for a GP who is confident managing a varied clinic of telephone consultations, face to face appointments and self generated administration using the EMIS Web clinical system.

Shift Details

• Location: South East London

• Date: Wednesday, 12 August

• Hours: 09:30 – 12:30 and 15:00 – 18:00

• Clinical System: EMIS Web

• Home Visits: None

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone consultations.

• Deliver face to face patient appointments.

• Complete self generated clinical administration.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMIS Web.

• Provide high quality, patient centred care in line with NHS and practice guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• GMC registration with a licence to practise.

• Previous experience working as a GP within UK primary care.

• Proficiency using EMIS Web.

• Strong clinical decision making and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a varied patient caseload efficiently.

• Right to work in the UK.
