​Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced GP Surgery Administrator (EMIS) to support a busy GP practice in the Croydon area for a two day locum assignment. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive administrator with previous primary care experience and confidence using the EMIS clinical system.

Shift Details

• Location: Croydon Area

• Dates: Thursday, 27 August and Friday, 28 August

• Hours: 10:00 – 17:00

• Clinical System: EMIS

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support within a busy GP practice.

• Confidently use the EMIS clinical system.

• Maintain accurate patient records and process documentation.

• Support the day to day administrative functions of the practice.

• Communicate professionally with patients and the wider healthcare team.

• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with NHS policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a GP surgery or primary care setting.

• Proficiency using the EMIS clinical system.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload.

• Professional, reliable and patient focused approach.

• Right to work in the UK.
