Healthcare Assistant / Phlebotomist (System 1)

Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant / Phlebotomist to support a busy GP practice near Devon. This locum opportunity is ideal for a skilled HCA with phlebotomy experience who is confident working within a primary care setting.

Shift Details

• Location: Near Devon

• Duration: ASAP until 4 September

• Schedule: 3 days per week

• Hours: 08:30 – 17:30

• Clinical System: System 1

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine phlebotomy procedures.

• Support GPs and Practice Nurses with clinical duties.

• Undertake health checks and routine observations.

• Maintain accurate patient records using System 1.

• Deliver high quality, patient centred care.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant within primary care.

• Competent in phlebotomy.

• Proficiency using System 1.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Right to work in the UK.
