Locum GP - Ashford

​We're looking for an experienced Locum General Practitioner to join a GP practice in Ashford on a regular basis.

This role offers consistent weekly sessions with a manageable workload, making it ideal for GPs seeking flexible and ongoing locum work.

About the Opportunity

• Location: Ashford

• Start Date: ASAP

• Working Days: Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays

• Hours: 09:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 18:00

• 1-hour lunch break

• 15 patients per morning session

• 15 patients per afternoon session

• Self-generated admin

• No home visits

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality face-to-face GP consultations.

• Manage 15 patients during both the morning and afternoon sessions.

• Complete associated clinical administration throughout the day.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Work collaboratively with the wider practice team to provide safe, patient-centred care.

Requirements

✔ GMC registration with a licence to practise
✔ Previous experience working in UK General Practice
✔ Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
✔ Ability to work independently within a busy primary care environment
✔ Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
