Locum GP

​We're seeking an experienced Locum General Practitioner to support a GP surgery near Glasgow across multiple dates between July and November.

This is an excellent opportunity for GPs registered on the Scottish Performers' List who are looking for regular locum sessions with a structured workload and supportive practice environment.

About the Opportunity

• Location: Near Glasgow

• Working Hours: 09:00 – 16:00

• Consultation Type: Face-to-face and telephone appointments

• Appointment Length: 15 minutes

• Morning Clinic (09:00 – 12:00): 12 appointments

• Afternoon Clinic (14:00 – 16:00): 8 appointments

• Total: 20 appointments per day

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality face-to-face and telephone GP consultations.

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients in line with current clinical guidelines.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

• Work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver safe, patient-centred care.

Requirements

✔ GMC registration with a licence to practise
✔ Current inclusion on the Scottish Performers' List (essential)
✔ Previous experience working in UK General Practice
✔ Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
✔ Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
