Locum GP

​We are looking for an experienced Locum GP to support a GP practice in North London across a selection of September 2026 dates. The sessions will include a combination of face-to-face appointments, telephone consultations and self-generated administration. There are no home visits required.

Available sessions:

• Friday 4 September: 9:00am–12:00pm

• Friday 11 September: 9:00am–12:00pm and 3:30pm–6:30pm

• Wednesday 16 September: 3:30pm–6:30pm

• Thursday 17 September: 9:00am–12:00pm and 6:30pm–9:00pm

• Friday 18 September: 9:00am–12:00pm and 3:30pm–6:30pm

• Tuesday 22 September: 3:30pm–6:30pm

• Monday 28 September: 3:30pm–6:30pm

The practice uses EMIS Web.

Requirements

• GMC registration with a licence to practise

• Current GP experience within UK primary care

• Confident using EMIS Web

• Experience managing face-to-face and telephone consultations

• Ability to work independently and manage associated clinical administration

• Relevant compliance documentation and right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face patient consultations

• Complete telephone consultations

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients appropriately

• Complete self-generated clinical administration

• Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS Web

• Work effectively alongside the wider practice team

• Provide safe, professional and patient-centred care
