Practice Nurse

​We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to support a primary care setting near Stockton-on-Tees on an ongoing basis, starting ASAP. The practice is ideally looking for someone available 4 days per week, although candidates with fewer days of availability will also be considered.

Responsibilities

As a Practice Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing treatment room services.

• Carrying out wound care and dressing duties.

• Supporting patients with chronic disease management.

• Carrying out cervical screening.

• Maintaining clear and accurate patient records using SystmOne.

• Providing high-quality nursing care within the practice.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse.

• Experience with treatment room duties and dressings.

• Experience in chronic disease management.

• Experience carrying out cervical screening.

• Confidence using SystmOne.

• Strong communication and patient care skills.
