Practice Nurse - West Manchester

​We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to support a primary care setting in West Manchester across several upcoming dates in August and September.

​

The available shifts are:

• Wednesday 26th August: 08:30–17:30

• Friday 28th August: 09:00–15:00

• Wednesday 2nd September: 08:30–17:30

• Friday 4th September: 09:00–15:00

Responsibilities

As a Practice Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out cervical smears.

• Administering baby vaccinations.

• Conducting long-term condition reviews.

• Maintaining clear and accurate patient records using EMIS Web.

• Working effectively alongside the wider practice team.

• Providing high-quality, patient-focused nursing care.

Requirements

To be considered for these shifts, you will need:

• Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse.

• Experience carrying out cervical smears.

• Experience administering baby vaccinations.

• Experience conducting long-term condition reviews.

• Confidence using EMIS Web.

• Strong communication and patient care skills.
