Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Prescribing Pharmacist to support a primary care service in Greater Manchester, with a start date in September. This is an on-site position offering up to 5 days per week, with flexibility around working hours between 8:00am and 6:30pm. The successful pharmacist will have previous primary care experience and be confident managing a range of prescribing and medication-related responsibilities using EMIS Web.
Responsibilities
Carry out medication reviews
Manage EPS-related work
Complete Docman tasks
Support QOF work
Manage prescribing and medication-related queries
Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS Web
Work effectively alongside the wider primary care team
Requirements
Qualified Prescribing Pharmacist
Independent prescribing qualification
Previous primary care experience
Experience with medication reviews, EPS, Docman and QOF
Confident using EMIS Web
Able to work on site in Greater Manchester
