Advanced Nurse Practitioner

​We are currently looking for a flexible Advanced Nurse
Practitioner/Nurse Practitioner to pick up shifts in the Leeds/Bradford border
area. We are working with a large primary care provider who are looking for
cover across their 3 GP surgeries. They are looking for 5 days per week cover
but are willing to split the role between 2 nurses if required starting in March

Requirements

 You must be registered with the NMC

·        
Have at least 6 months experience of working as a nurse practitioner

·        
Be able to see patients from birth or 3 months and above for minor
illness

·        
Be an independent prescriber (V300)

·        
Be willing to do home visits
