What happens next and what do we use your documents for?

Medical Staffing will work to identify suitable assignments based on your circumstances, location, availability as well as your experience. Naturally, your level of compliance will also influence the jobs that we are able to offer you. The compliance documents outlined above are the minimum standards required before we are able to place a locum / agency nurse into an assignment.

Prior to confirmation of an assignment, the client will ask to see evidence of all documentation. This means that completing the compliance process quickly will avoid any delays in securing you work.

Please be aware that some clients will have additional compliance requirements depending on the type of work and setting (e.g. out of hours). If you are interested in such opportunities, please let us know and we’ll advise you if further documents will be needed.

As part of the registration process, you’ll have your own dedicated compliance executive who will be available by phone and email between 08:30–17:30 from Monday to Friday. If you need to make contact in the evenings or at weekends, please email them or use the call back option.

We’re here to guide you through the compliance process in its entirety. If you have any questions, please contact us here and we’ll do our best to help.
