Job description
We have partnered with a long established and friendly GP practice (list size of circa 11,000 patients) who are committed to improving patient services and maintaining a good work life balance. They are actively seeking a new Salaried GP to join their diverse and experienced team of healthcare professionals.
Position Details:
Job Title: General Practitioner (GP).
Sessions: 2-10 sessions per week depending on your preferences.
Location: Lincolnshire – Offering hybrid working options with flexibility to work some sessions from home. They are surrounded by many attractive villages in beautiful countryside that are ideal to live in with favourable property prices, as well as close to the Nottingham/South Yorkshire border.
Salary: Up to £12,000 per session with an extensive benefits package including personal development opportunities.
Partnership Offer: Newly qualified or experienced with partnership offer, if desired.
Support Team: Work alongside two GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Physician Associates, and a secretarial/administration team who are experienced, efficient and very supportive.
QOF achievement is excellent, and are an EMIS web, paper light practice with no OOH or extended hours commitment.
About You:
Qualifications: Qualified GP with MRCGP, Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent JCPTGP, and CCT
Experience: GP experience in primary care environment with Emis Web experience advantageous.
Skills: Outstanding clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, effective time management, ability to work autonomously and as a team member
Personal Qualities: Polite, confident, motivated, forward thinker, problem solver, high levels of integrity and loyalty, sensitive and empathetic.
