We have partnered with a teaching practice who serve an ethnically and socioeconomically diverse population of circa 12,000 patients. They excel in CCG IQSP visits, focusing on referrals and prescribing. Their MDT integrates social and community care, with fortnightly training.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Salaried GP.

• Sessions: 4-8 sessions per week depending on your preferences.

• Location: Worcester

• Salary: Highly negotiable depending on experience.

• Practice Overview: Enjoy an excellent workspace, in-house CPD, and study leave. Prioritising longer appointments for complex cases, they reduce clinician time pressures. Their EMIS system supports a mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations. Benefit from protected time for role and special interest development, promoting work/life balance.

About You:

• Full GMC Registration.

• Fully qualified GP eligible to work in General Practice in the NHS.

• Currently on NHS England performer's list.

• Outstanding clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, effective time management, with the ability to work autonomously and as a team member

• Polite, confident, team-player, motivated, forward thinker, problem solver, high levels of integrity and loyalty, sensitive and empathetic.
