Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and well-established GP surgery? We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and forward-thinking practice in Brighton that is looking for a dedicated nurse to join their team.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. Ideally, this is a full-time position, but we are open to candidates looking for part-time roles (minimum 21 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• General treatment room nursing

• Wound dressing and compression bandaging

• Chronic Disease Management (Diabetes – Essential)

• Asthma and COPD management (Desirable)

The Practice

• Serving a patient list of 12,700

• Supportive and collaborative environment

• 10 GPs, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 2 Practice Nurses, and 2 HCAs

• Emphasis on staff wellbeing, with a no-pressure culture and a team that works together

• Uses SystemOne

Working Hours:

• Nurse clinics: 08:30 - 17:00

• 30-minute lunch break with all staff taking lunch together

The Offer

• Competitive salary: £21.50 per hour, increasing up to £23.00 depending on experience and skillset
