Practice Nurse

• Days/Hours: 2 days per week, 08:00 – 18:00 (flexible)

• Duties Include:

• Performing cervical smears

• Managing patients with asthma, COPD, and other LTCs

• Administering immunisations

• Maintaining accurate patient records using SystmOne

• Supporting the clinical team to ensure safe, efficient, and effective patient care

Requirements:

• Registered Practice Nurse with relevant experience

• Experience in smears, asthma, COPD, LTC management, and immunisations

• Proficient in SystmOne

• Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills

• Flexible and reliable for the scheduled shifts
