Medical Staffing are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) for a variety of shifts in Royal Stoke.

UMB Rates of pay :

Day : 19

Night/ sat : 24

Sun / Bank holidays : 30

Role Responsibilities:

Ensuring the surgical environment is safe, equipment functions properly, and operative procedures are conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety.

·         Deliver comprehensive written reports stemming from your nursing assessments and observations.

·         Partner with the management team to refine the service, oversee audits, and bolster quality.

·         Participate in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

·         In line with NMC guidelines, ensure care plans are consistently updated in collaboration with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

·         Administer medications adhering to healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

·         Valid NMC registration

·         A good understanding of the latest nursing practices

·         Capable of presenting an advanced DBS or the necessary paperwork to apply for one

·         Previous experience with patients who have complex mental health needs

·         Right to work within the UK

·         Demonstrable dedication to patient safety and strict protocol adherence.
