Location: London, EC1A

Hours: Long Day Shifts (07:00 – 20:00)

Pay Rates: Umbrella

• Monday to Friday: £38 per hour

• Saturday & Nights: £40 per hour

• Bank Holiday & Sunday: £42 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities of a Scrub Nurse:

We are currently seeking dedicated Scrub Nurses to join our team and contribute to exceptional patient care in London. As a Scrub Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the operating room is prepared with all necessary equipment and supplies.

• Assisting the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during procedures.

• Maintaining a sterile field during surgeries to prevent infections and complications.

• Monitoring patients' vital signs and assisting with anesthesia administration.

• Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical procedures.

• Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients before and after surgery.

• Adhering to strict infection control protocols and safety standards.

• Documenting accurate and detailed records of surgical procedures and patient care activities.

Criteria –To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Valid NMC Registration

• Minimum of 6 months experience in the UK as a scrub nurse.

• Right to work in the UK

• Fulfilment of compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health checks, and submission of an updated CV.
