Job Title: Scrub Nurse (Private Hospital)

Hours: Long Day Shifts (07:00 – 20:00)
Pay Rates: Umbrella
Monday to Friday: £38 per hour
Saturday & Nights: £40 per hour
Bank Holiday & Sunday: £42 per hour
Roles and Responsibilities of a Scrub Nurse:
We are currently seeking dedicated Scrub Nurses to join our team and contribute to exceptional patient care in London. As a Scrub Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the operating room is prepared with all necessary equipment and supplies.
Assisting the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during procedures.
Maintaining a sterile field during surgeries to prevent infections and complications.
Monitoring patients' vital signs and assisting with anesthesia administration.
Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical procedures.
Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients before and after surgery.
Adhering to strict infection control protocols and safety standards.
Documenting accurate and detailed records of surgical procedures and patient care activities.
Criteria –To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Valid NMC Registration
Minimum of 6 months experience in the UK as a scrub nurse.
Right to work in the UK
Fulfilment of compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health checks, and submission of an updated CV.
