Position Details:
Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse - Paediatric Neuro-rehab & Complex Care
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Type: Permanent
Shifts: Long days, nights, and weekends
Location: London

Key Duties:
You'll mentor junior nurses, step up as a leader in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse, and implement holistic care plans. Participate in audits and quality improvement projects to enhance our care standards.
About You:
NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child/RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support
Desirable: Experience in Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and working with tracheostomised patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong clinical governance and audit experience
