Position Details:

• Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse - Paediatric Neuro-rehab & Complex Care

• Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

• Type: Permanent

• Shifts: Long days, nights, and weekends

• Location: London

• Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus an attractive signing-on bonus and comprehensive benefits package which includes; 25 days holiday each year (plus bank holidays) increasing with service, Private Healthcare Insurance, Private pension contribution, Critical illness cover, Enhanced Maternity and Paternity pay, Discounts with major retailers and much more.

Key Duties:

• You'll mentor junior nurses, step up as a leader in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse, and implement holistic care plans. Participate in audits and quality improvement projects to enhance our care standards.

About You:

• NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child/RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support

• Desirable: Experience in Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and working with tracheostomised patients

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong clinical governance and audit experience
