Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Band 6/7 Occupational Therapists to join one of our client's services based in Hertfordshire.

Working Pattern:
22.5hrs - 37.5hrs - Mon-Fri (days/hrs negotiable) 08:30-16:30 – negotiable
Essential Skills:
Will need experience in the assessment, treatment and management of complex neurological conditions including Stroke, Spinal Cord Injuries and Traumatic Brain Injuries.
You will be expected to manage a caseload of up to 8 patients. You will provide up to an hour of daily input to these patients alongside other physio’s, OTs and rehabilitation assistants using a range of therapeutic adjuncts.
There will be an expectation to “link-work” 1-2 of your patients. This means you will coordinate the care and discharge planning of that patient, liaising with family members and chairing meetings where appropriate.
Accurate and timely documentation onto systmOne will then be required for each patient. As well as handing over any relevant information to the MDT.
Requirements:
Must be NMC/HCPC registered.
Minimum 6 months of healthcare experience in the UK.
Right to work in the UK.
DBS.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
