Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ANP / ACP) – Urgent Treatment Centre

​Medical Staffing, part of Celsus Group, is recruiting Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Advanced Clinical Practitioners to support Urgent Treatment Centre services linked to Wycombe UTC. Clinicians will work within established urgent care teams providing triage, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting with minor illness and minor injury. This role supports Wycombe Urgent Treatment Centre, with CAS and triage services operating from Princes Risborough.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical triage and patient assessment within an Urgent Treatment Centre environment
Diagnose and treat minor illness and minor injury presentations
Deliver autonomous clinical decision making within urgent care pathways
Prescribe medication where clinically appropriate
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary urgent care teams

Requirements

MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
NMC or HCPC registration
Independent prescribing qualification
Triage experience
Minor Illness and Minor Injury trained (Level 6 or Level 7)

The ability to see and treat patients of all ages is preferred, although clinicians with limited paediatric scope may still be considered.

Pay Rates

Monday to Friday day rate: £47.80 per hour
Weekday overnight (00:00 – 08:00): £54.15 per hour
Saturday day rate: £54.15 per hour
Saturday overnight: £60.40 per hour
Sunday day rate: £60.55 per hour
Sunday overnight: £64.50 per hour
Bank holidays: £79.95 per hour

Break deductions may apply depending on shift length.
