Job description
We're looking for a Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Prescribing Pharmacist, for 3 days a week (flexible), 09:00 - 18:00, in Bognor Regis. Start date is Monday 03 June 2024.
Duties include Structured Medication Reviews (SMRs), supporting the surgery with QOF targets and more.
