We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a PCN located in London with a population of approx. 60,000 residents. We are offering a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £63,000 per annum plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Type: Full-time or part-time considered, permanent position.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday; 10am – 6pm.

Salary: £55,000 - £63,000 per annum and will be dependent upon skills and experience.

Key Duties
Assess, diagnose, and plan treatment for patients with undifferentiated diagnoses both in clinics and home visits
Clinically examine and assess patients both physiologically and psychologically.
Address complex needs with comprehensive interventions and treatments.
Effectively communicate with patients and carers, adapting to diverse backgrounds.
Adhere to professional codes and regulations set by the NMC and Deliver care in alignment with NSF, NICE guidelines, and evidence-based practices.
Skills & Experience
Relevant nursing/health degree and independent prescribing qualification.
Working at a master's level aware or equivalent that encompasses the four pillars of clinical practice, leadership and management, education and research, with demonstration of core capabilities and area specific clinical competencies.
Experience in Primary Care and/or a GP Practice.
Familiarity with EMIS Web or SystmOne clinical record system.
