Nurse Prescriber

Medical Staffing has an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to work within an out of hours setting. Full time and Part time Locum/Permanent positions available with immediate start as an option. Accommodation can be provided if necessary, thereby offering fantastic rates of pay

About the role

This role will see you joining a fantastic team as an experienced Nurse Prescriber who is passionate about patient care. You will oversee and administrate treatment plans to patients within the Surgery. Daily duties may include minor illness, prescribing medication and liaising with the Clinical Team to ensure patient demands are being met.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Independent V300 Prescriber with plenty of experience working within Walkin Centres/OOH settings. Candidates should be friendly, polite and confident in communication to ensure patient demands are being met.

Requirements

• You must be registered with the NMC

• Have at least 6 months experience of working as a nurse practitioner 

• Be an independent prescriber (V300)

• Minor Injuries

• Minor Illness

• Telephone and Face to Face Triage would be ideal but not essential

• Shifts felixible from Rota
