Job description
We are currently looking for a flexible Practice Nurse to pick up shifts in the Leeds/Bradford border area. We are working with a large primary care provider who are looking for cover across their 3 GP surgeries. They are looking for 5 days per week cover but are willing to split the role between 2 nurses if required starting in April.

Requirements
You must be registered with the NMC
Have at least 6 months experience of working as a Practice Nurse
Fully competent in Cervical Screening, Child imms, travel Vaccs and wound care
Qualified in Chronic Disease management (Asthma, Diabetes, COPD
