Role Details

• Working Pattern: 4 days per week

• Hours: 08:30 – 18:00

• Pay Rate: £30 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full Treatment Room Duties (TRD) including wound care, dressings, and immunisations

• Manage Chronic Disease Management (CDM) clinics in line with practice protocols

• Carry out patient assessments and health checks

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

• Work collaboratively with GPs, ANPs, and the wider practice team

• Ensure compliance with NHS guidelines, infection control, and safeguarding policies

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN

• Minimum 6 months’ experience working as a Practice Nurse in a UK GP practice

• Proven experience in TRD and CDM

• Up-to-date mandatory training and compliance

• Right to work in the UK
