Hours: 37.5 per week, flexible shifts (long days, nights, weekends)
Salary: Competitive + £3,000 PICU qualification bonus + £10,000 welcome bonus + Benefits

Role Overview:

Join their 14-bed Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), known for its cutting-edge treatment and exceptional care. You'll work in a supportive environment with a strong nurse-to-patient ratio, providing high-quality care for long-stay patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and supervise top-tier patient care

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

• Foster teamwork and support among staff

• Engage in continuous learning and professional growth

Qualifications and Skills:

• NMC Child Registered Nurse

• Post-graduate experience in PICU or paediatric High Dependency Unit

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
